Ardova Handball Premier League 2025: Ekiti Queens to fight for honour
The Ardova Handball Premier League 2025 has been scheduled to kick in Benin City, Edo State from the 7th to 20th of July 2025,with the first phase, as Ekiti Queens Handball team will join other eleven female teams to play for the prize and also exhibit their handballing experience and skills.
The ladies under the tutelage of Coach Kayode Ayo-Idowu gained promotion to the elite league after advancing to the final of
the National Division One League,courtesy a 23–20 semi-final win against Coal City Babes.
Though runners-up in National Division One, but secured the promotion after demonstrating consistent excellence throughout the tournament by bringing a blend of speed and scoring aptitude, which is currently preparing them to challenge established teams,when the league commences in July.
As the league draws nearer, the ladies under their technical team have continued to intensify on their training and are not leaving anything to chance in ensuring that they put up a good fight when the tournament kick off.
